White Cloak[]
The White Cloak is a minor supporting character in Deltarune Chapter 3. It represents Noelle in Chapter 3's secret minigame.
It will appear in a room during the Ice Palace section of Board 2, where the Kris avatar may attack it. It soon after joins the party. The White Cloak has 2 uses. Firstly, it can cast a dungeon-crawler variant of IceShock, which pierces defeated enemies and turns invulnerable ones into ice. Then, during a maze section, the White Cloak will only follow Kris on the correct route, allowing the player to easily figue out the path through the maze. Right before the final room of the palace, the White Cloak is killed off the team, with the message, "She was used up," being shown, just after the Ice Key is used up.
When the White Cloak casts IceShock, it momentarily flashes as if it were hurt.
Ramb[]
Ramb is a Darkner from Cyber World. He is a plug Kris and Asriel ripped out of the library and brought home to play with. After he turns into stone a Pippins says "No one will shed a tear for him," thats like really messed up. This is likely because he felt lonely and isolated in TV World.
