Spin Cake is a secret item that can be obtained by bringing the repaired Top Cake to Top Chef. It is only half as effective as the Top Cake, but it can be replenished infinitely by Top Chef should it be consumed or dropped. According to the Top Chef, the flavor of the Spin Cakes grows stronger each day. It restores 80HP to every party member in Chapter 1, 140HP in Chapter 2, 150HP in Chapter 3 and 160HP in Chapter 4.
You could get the Spin Cake in chapter 3 by going to Castle Town and talking to Top Chef at the end of Chapter 2 before going home and ending the chapter.
