The Lancer Cookie is an item that can be bought once in the Forest Bake Sale from Lancer and Susie's bake sale stand, or given by Lancer in the Top Bakery for free. In an encounter, it always restores 50HP. Outside of battle it restores 4HP (despite the item description claiming it restores 5HP) in Chapter 1 and 1HP in Chapter 2.

Trivia[]
- If Kris chooses to not get a Lancer Cookie when Lancer is in the Top Bakery, he comments that it "will heal you in times of need," implying its use in-battle. Ralsei also makes a skeptical response in reference to its overworld healing.
- If Kris and Ralsei buy a Lancer Cookie from Lancer and Susie without any inventory space, Lancer would just drop it on the ground, causing it to break. Lancer and Susie also sarcastically thank the heroes for the money, adding that they now have the funds to implement their illicit plans, after which they will buy a Heart Donut, as in the usual case.
- The Lancer Cookie appeared as one of the many prizes in the 2022 Spamton Sweepstakes charity event on the official Deltarune website.
