Choco Diamond is healing item obtainable in Chapter 1. It restores a different amount of HP depending on the character and whether it is consumed during or outside of an encounter.
It can be bought at the Forest Bake Sale for 40D$ each. One can also be obtained for free from a Rudinn in Card Castle (although if any Rudinn have been hurt, only after Susie threatens the Rudinn).
