BitterTear is a consumable item in Deltarune. It Heals an ally to full HP.
It can be obtained in chapter 4 by putting $2000 - $9999 in the Donation Fountain in the first dark world, the chest at the Donation Fountain in the second dark world will contain the item. It can also be obtained by using Embezzle on Miss Mizzle.
