Ancient Sweet is a consumable item in Deltarune that heals +400HP to Kris. Despite the description saying that only Kris can use it, other party members can use it as well, but it only restores +40HP.
It can only be obtained in Chapter 4 if Kris;
1: Never took any dark candy from trees in Chapter 1.
2: Never picked up the Dark Candy or CD Bagel located in the Chapter 2 Trash Zone garbage bins.
3: Went into a chapter 4 save file without having any Dark Candy, Revive Mint(s), Revive Dust, Darkburger(s), DD-Burger(s), CD Bagels, Tension Bits(s), Gem(s), or Max(s) in their inventory or storage.
You do not need to have a save file from any previous chapters to get the ancient sweet; a default Chapter 4 file fulfills all prerequisites.
If you decide not to sleep through church, Susie will look in her church uniform for anything to pass the time, only to find a letter Asriel wrote along with the Ancient Sweet.
