The 2nd Sanctuary[1] is a Dark World located in the Hometown Church. It is one of the settings of Chapter 4: Prophecy.

The 2nd Sanctuary is created when Susie opens a Dark Fountain in the church, in the hopes of finding the Old Man and asking him about the chapel door's lock combination. It appears to be a more deteriorated version of the Dark Sanctuary with washed-out lighting and twisted areas, some rooms being completely upside-down.
